The senior Cv was based in the USA so the US version of the Cv did not suit the Irish recruitment agency model because the Cv was a little overloaded with information . However the Cv was extremely well written and the Cv writer Zeth was very patient in providing a great deal of edits in order to finally complete a Cv that suited the Irish jobs market .

Entering the job market after three years, my biggest point of insecurity was a CV that was out of date and old school. For a reasonable fee, I now have a document I'm pleased to forward to potential employers. Highly recommended.
I liked the fact that the writer understood clearly in which vacancies I would like to be hired in order to emphasize on them and I liked the way my cv was modified concentrating on the qualifications and enhancing my skills that will contribute to be hired on these kind of positions.
It took more than 2 months for 3 drafts (approx.. 20 days for each draft) and even with the final draft, based on draft I shared, I am not very convinced with the overall cv. I still feel that the CV looks captures my day to day work rather achievements so I can target better roles. I strongly believe that the job links I shared have not been given due attention.
Took a little time to tease out exactly what I wanted but in fairness to the team they do not give up until you are fully satisfied and I can safely say I am now. Second time using them as my career grows - I shall be back :)

I took senior Cv writing package with cover letter and LinkedIn Profile package for 230 Euros. I was able to bargain 1 extra Cv for that money. My senior Cv write Ms Claire Brenan was absolutely brilliant and my Cv looks very good and organized. However
1. the entire process of getting the Cv is very impersonal and not correct at all. Before buying the package, the call was made my Ms Claire, but after buying the package when I asked her to call me, It came to my knowledge that the calls were chargeable and very expensive. Like they asked me Euro 40-50 for 15 mins call. That is absolutely outrageous and wasn’t told to me about. Thats like mis-selling. The contact with the CV writer is only by dropping messages on there online software, not even direct chat. They will reply once they see the messages.
2. The Cv writers of UK for sure (like 100%) don’t know the Irish Job market and what recruiters and consultants look for, the moment they open the CV. I wouldn’t advise Irish people to get the Cv made from UK people
3. I am still not getting interviews at all and my Cv is being rejected outrightly. I bought this expensive package because my CV was being rejected outrightly by all companies when I have 10 plus years of sales banking and Wealth Management experience, solid academic background and good progression in my career as compared to my friend with no or little experience and they all had jobs. Its not James Inn group or Ms Claire’s fault but there ATS optimization software is surely not a good one.
4. There was quite a delay in my final CVs.

1. You mentioned that your senior CV writer, Claire, was absolutely brilliant, but then that the process was impersonal. I understand that this primarily relates to the additional cost for a phone consultation. For clarification, a consultation is not included as standard, but as an optional extra, so there wasn’t any mis-selling here. In fact, we quoted you just €20 for a follow-up call, and had already given you a free second CV as part of the original package.
2. Our writers do indeed have a good understanding of requirements in different markets around the world; in this case, your statement is 100% false as your assigned writer is, in fact, Irish.
3. We do not run our clients’ CVs through an ATS, and haven’t at any time suggested that we do, as there is little purpose to this. Our emphasis is always on keyword optimisation, which Claire outlined to you early on in the process. It is, of course, extremely disappointing that you are being rejected outright and we would be happy to support you further. In fact, I reached out to you on your order page asking for more examples of job roles you are targeting, and any CVs that you have adjusted to meet the requirements for these roles so that we could ensure the keyword optimisation process was being done correctly, but we didn’t hear back from you.
4. I can confirm that your first draft was delivered exactly within the original estimated turnaround times quoted to you at the point of order. Subsequent drafts and responses to feedback were also all provided promptly during UK/IE working hours, so there is no factual evidence of any delays.
5. It is disappointing that you wouldn’t use such services again and I hope we can change your mind - just get in touch directly via your order page where we would be more than happy to pick things up again and support you with your career journey.

Finding myself out of work In middle age, and with a CV that had not been revised for server all years, led me to seek professional assistance. A quick Google search took me to CV Centre where I was assisted by Wendy. With her help I now have a concise, focused CV that I hope will lead to employment suited to my skills in the near future.

Took long to get allocated a writer. There was no point in answering the questions of what you want, because I don't think anybody read it. First product was a template with zero professional services input on CV 're-write' the second one allocated was much better but the fact that I had to complain to actually get the services I paid for was rather disappointing to me. If you want a new CV template I would recommend, but beyond that I felt there was no real value for money in the offering. But rather they were very focused on selling the next additional thing instead of just providing the service, additional call, additional speed of delivery time. If a CV can not be written without these additional services then maybe don't sell such a bundle.
After a number of talks and brief catch-ups I now have an up-to-date set of documents I can use to make the next step in my career.
